House & Land Packages reduce the time it takes to build your home. Still allowing you the freedom to add your own touch with some of the final colours and fixtures

Visiting showhomes is a great way to get inspired, meet our building consultants, and browse what packages are available.

What's included?


Review the package specifications to understand exactly what’s included in the price.

Secure the package

Once you’ve found a House & Land package, you will need to pay a holding deposit to secure your choice while your contract documents are prepared.

 

Contract

Our building consultant will go over your contract, confirm the details of the package you’re purchasing, and discuss the payment structure options (Progress Payments or Turn Key)

 

Deposit

After signing your contract you’ll pay your deposit. Generally this is 10% of the total package cost.

 

Changes


Choose from a selection of fixed price upgrades and your interior colours.

Everything is coming together

You’ll be kept informed with regular updates and invited onsite throughout the build to check out how it’s coming together.

Pre settlement walk through 


Your Construction Manager will take you through your finished build.

Settlement


This generally happens ten days after the code of compliance is issued. At this point the remainder of your contract, including any variations are due for payment.

Move in day!


Once all payments are made the keys are yours and you can move in. Welcome home!

Warranty / Classic Care

After you move in we stick around and support you with Classic Care and our 10-year structural warranty.
